Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to work with industry-leading teams including Consensys, Ethereum Foundation, MetaMask, Binance, and some early-stage ventures like Morph. I have a dual academic background with a Master's in Business from San Francisco and a Bachelor's in Engineering from India. Working with Consensys and Morph, I've led various community, marketing, and developer-focused initiatives; built out ecosystem growth mechanisms such as ambassador programs, developer community calls, and have presented, mentored, and judged at various events and hackathons globally. I led the onboarding of industry-leading venture capital firms to the Consensys Startup Program “Scale” – a16z, Blockchain Capital, Truffle Ventures, Draper, and Woodstock. I’ve also driven multiple partnerships, one of which became a monumental success, increasing the crypto purchases on MetaMask from India by over 938% – a nearly 10x increase; driving millions of USD in volume on a monthly basis. Working with the Ethereum Foundation on ecosystem development, I’ve contributed towards Ethereum's geographic decentralisation and strategically supported mission-critical projects and initiatives that further Ethereum's vision. Through my work, I've been able to create an impact among a broad set of developers, consumers, and creators globally within and beyond the blockchain space, leading to an active set of relations with various stakeholders including founders, core developers, VCs, product and engineering managers, and BDs; across different sectors. Working as the Head of Global Community with Morph, the world's first Ethereum scaling solution combining ZK and Optimistic rollup technologies, and building a global consumer layer providing the resources founders need to build and scale for the masses.
As the Head of Global Community, I'm responsible for spearheading the community team's vision, strategy, initiatives, and processes crucial for the execution of initiatives. This includes the Morph ambassador program, community calls, events and hackathon representation, and overall growth across the developer, creator, and user community.
